How do I place an order?

It's very simple to place an order, on each page you will find a shopping area for that category towards the bottom of the page. You simply click on the item you are interested in and it opens up in another window. if you wish to purchase you simply press the ADD TO CART button. A side window will then open showing your cart. You can then either press the arrow button at the top to carry on shopping or press the VIEW CART button and that will show you the contents of your cart with the checkout options. Select CHECK OUT WITH PAYPAL or CHECK OUT WITH CREDIT CARD and follow the on screen instructions.

 
 
Payment and Shipping

 

We make every effort to ensure that orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours and, where possible, our delivery service partners provide online parcel tracking facilities, active from 2-3 working days after dispatch. Delivery time will vary depending upon your distance from the Courier’s National Hub, but we would aim for a typical UK mainland delivery will reach the recipient within 2-3 working days. Although we do make every effort to try and get your delivery to you within this time frame there are on occasions circumstances that arise beyond our control and just occasionally it may not be possible to meet these guidelines.

*A minority of UK postal codes, the Highlands, UK Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland do not qualify for free shipping. The exact cost of delivery is determined by your Postal Code if you contact us.

 
 
Secure Ordering & Payment Options

 

We offer secure payment facilities through our website via PayPal or by Credit/Debit card​ via Stripe. You are given the option to choose payment method at the checkout.

Sorry but we are unable to take card payments over the phone and all card transactions must be completed through the website. 

 
 
Returns & Refunds
 

We aim to get everything right for our customers, but we are only human and, very occasionally, we may get something wrong. This can be annoying and frustrating so we will always do our very best to put things right as quickly as possible.

 

We are happy for you to return any item you've purchased from us within 28 days of your receiving it* providing it is not damaged (except delivery damage), it is unopened and in its original condition and suitable for resale.

 

*Sadly we are not able to take returns of the following:

  • Personalised products

  • Made-to-measure products

  • Veterinary medicines including flea treatments & wormers

  • Used food

  • Unsealed CDs/DVDs/ or other recording media

 

The amounts that you will be refunded:

  • If you decide you do not want an item that has been delivered to you we will refund the full price of the returned goods. If an item has been sent back damaged, then we can refuse to accept this return or may deduct up to 30% of the refund value.

  • If an item is damaged or faulty then we will refund the full price of the goods and the cost of delivery with no returns charge on these orders.

  • Wrong orders – If we have sent you the wrong product(s), and you do not wish to have your original order redelivered then we will refund the full price of the goods including the cost of delivery. There will be no returns charge for returning the incorrect products that were sent to you by mistake.

 

Please notify us by email or telephone of any damages as soon as the items arrive so that we can process a return and refund as soon as possible. 

 

If you wish to return any item for any reason then please contact us via email or telephone first and we will isuue a returns code that must be on the parcel you are returning otherwise we will be unable to accept the parcel.
